Note: Refunds are not automatic. Each request is reviewed based on eligibility criteria.

1. Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a refund if:
- You purchased the course and raised a refund request within the eligible time period.
- You have not excessively accessed/consumed the course content.
- There is a valid technical issue preventing access, and our support team cannot resolve it.
- Payment was deducted but enrollment/access was not provided (after verification).
2. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds may NOT be provided in the following cases:
- Request raised after the allowed refund time window.
- Course completed or significant content already accessed.
- Refund request due to change of mind / not interested / busy schedule.
- Sharing account access with others or any misuse of platform.
- Purchase made under discount/offer where refund is restricted (if mentioned).
- Internet issues from your side (slow network, device issues, etc.).

4. Refund Process (Step-by-Step)
To request a refund, follow these steps:
- Send a refund request to admin@manaeducations.in
- Include your Registered Name, Mobile Number, Course Name, and Payment Screenshot
- Our support team will verify your purchase and usage details
- If approved, refund will be initiated to the original payment method
5. Refund Processing Timeline
After approval, refund processing may take:
- 3 to 7 business days to initiate the refund
- 5 to 10 business days for the amount to reflect in your bank account (depends on bank/payment gateway)
6. Payment Gateway Charges
In some cases, payment gateway charges, taxes, or transaction fees may be deducted from the refund amount
as per the payment provider rules.
7. Duplicate Payment / Failed Transactions
If your payment was deducted twice or the transaction failed but money got debited:
- We will verify with payment records
- Refund will be initiated after confirmation
- Timeline may vary based on payment gateway/bank response
8. Course Access Removal After Refund
Once a refund is approved and processed:
- Your course access will be removed
- Any certificates (if issued) may be cancelled
- Access to downloadable materials may be revoked
